Before joining Softaculous, I worked at Saj Enterprises as a back-office staff member for over two years, where I handled administrative tasks, data entry, and record-keeping. Additionally, I worked at Home Credit Finance India Limited as a Recovery Loan Agent for eight months, gaining experience in financial operations and customer interactions

I have completed my Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University and have actively taken on leadership roles, serving as the General Secretary of Smt. Kamala Mehta College. I also served as a National Service Scheme (NSS) Leader and a Road Safety Leader with United Way, which helped me develop strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

I have completed training in Linux System Administration and AWS Cloud and have built a strong foundation in server administration and cloud computing. Currently, I am expanding my technical expertise by learning Python, Shell Scripting, and DevOps Fundamentals. I am passionate about providing excellent technical support, solving complex problems, and continuously enhancing my skills in Information Technology.
